In a dystopian future, the Virtrian Empire-a coalition of politicians, religious leaders, and corporate overlords-has eradicated Quirks and subjugated humanity across the solar system. Izuku Midoriya is a quirkless boy who one they decided to go to another school's festival in the neighboring City, though while there he had bumped into girl name Himiko Toga, by meeting her, Izuku will soon discover a dark truth about her.

All Might finds a way to save Shigaraki but loses Izuku. Traveling through time always has a price but no one knows how much it will cost until it's too late.
