Katsuki along with his team was in battle. He, Denki, and a few civilians got hit with a quirk that made them fall into a coma. However, in Katsuki comatose state he's also dreaming a world that similar to his reality with a few tweaks. For example at the ripe age of twenty four Pro Hero Dynamight has never had a day off since he graduated from U.A. His birthday is coming up so the Bakusquad make sure he gets a day off and hire a prostitute named Bunny a.k.a Izuku Midoriya for him to relieve some stress with. But Katsuki rejects the idea of having sex with the total stranger and in the end Izuku just stays the night then leaves the next morning. However, a few months later Izuku has to vacate his apartment and has no where to go so Katsuki decides to help the stranger. Dream Izuku's goal is to repay Katsuki. In the real world many Pro heroes are trying to solve the complicated case and find the culprit so they can wake up the victims because come to find out the victims could actually die if they don't wake up from their dream. In a world where the abnormal is the norm in the form of Quirks. Over 80% of the world's population have these powers, some big and some small, but all have their special use. Izuku Midoriya, however, wasn't born with one of these powers. Instead, he was part of the remaining 20% of normal people or Quirkless. He was bullied constantly for being the only one having not developed any Quirk, but he remained cheerful. One day while walking home from being beaten up, he passed a rattling trashcan in an alleyway. Thinking it was merely a cat or dog searching for food he pulled out a treat and slowly approached the shaking can. The rattling stopped, and out popped a small xenomorph head, startling Izuku causing him to drop the snack and freeze in fear. The xenomorph crawled out and inspected the treat before slowly eating it. While the xenomorph was eating, Izuku hesitantly reached his hand out and gently rubbed its head.
