Book 2 of 'The Silver Trilogy' A.O.D.H is moving, spreading across the globe like a plague. Hundreds of dragons are captured every week. No where is safe. Not even Sky Mountain. A month has passed since the dreadful day that Silver will forever remember. Now the only metallic dragon in the world has an enormous weight falls onto her shoulders that she can barely handle, and as danger is around every corner she finds it more and more difficult to grasp onto reality. When an assignment is passed up to send a message to another Dragon Haven somewhere in Antarctica she finds herself volunteering for the mission, hoping that time away from the mountain will help her. But when a completely new species of dragon from A.O.D.H attacks she finds she has another mission... to free this new dragon. Raize is a simmering heat of rage. He doesn't joke anymore, doesn't play. All he does is train, building himself up more and more, hellbent on getting revenge on the human that destroyed his life. But as he grows in power and that anger under his scales increase, the dragon's around him begin to worry for their safety. (Cover made by @Bookcoverchick)

I can't defeat it, no matter how hard I try, and now... now, everything thing is lost. How can I win when the kingdom has been destroyed, all my friends dead or turned, the world nothing but a shadow of what it once was? A couple of years have passed since the world found out about Shifters. Once it did, a 'Shifter Craze' was unleashed. Normal people started dyeing their hair crazy colors, wearing colored contacts, and a whole hell of a lot of animal print. It was safe to say that being a Shifter went from having to be secretive to a desirable trait- literally overnight. Autumn Fang is your seemingly typical high school Junior and wallflower living in Belfast, Northern Ireland. But, as she would discover on a rainy day, she possesses abilities that made her incredibly atypical- even among the atypical. Her newly discovered ability gains the attention of the police, Silent Heroes of Ireland, and a conniving billionaire who basically owns the entire country. Started: 8/01/2018 First chapter published: New chapter posted: Saturdays Finished: TBD Author's note: Based off of @unbrokenworld's Silent Heroes series. I do not own anything except my OCs and some extra details that I added to enhance this particular spinoff series.

"What the hell?" I took a step closer to the mirror, staring at my reflection in disbelief. The person looking back was still me, but at the same time it wasn't. I had the same thick, dark, curly hair. The same hazel eyes. The same olive skin with a light dusting of freckles (ugh) scattered across the bridge of my nose. But my curls were now streaked with highlights. And not the subtle, golden-brown ones that sometimes appeared during the summer. No, these were an aggressive, dazzling blond that went from the roots of my hair all the way to the tips. It looked like I had spent a full day getting my hair done in some upscale salon. Never mind that I had never set foot in such a place since the day I was born. My eyes appeared somehow wider and more luminous. The colour brighter, my eyelashes darker up against them. And, when I looked closely, my pupils seemed to be slitted almost like a cat. I looked down at my body. My skinny arms-which had always refused to gain any definition no matter how hard I exercised-were lined with flat, wiry muscles. My bony shoulders were now curved and smooth. My scrawny legs were toned like a dancer. I reached down and lifted my shirt, revealing two subtle lines running vertically down my perfectly flat stomach, hinting at the rock-hard abs underneath. My whole body was rippling with strength. Like liquid steel.

Listen, I'm not going to do one of those "On a dark and stormy night" descriptions, I'm gonna just give you the cold hard truth. Weather you like it or not, or believe it or not is up to you. Now that that's out of the way my name is Matthew Night. I am what people would call a "lab rat". I was in countless experiments, all because of those stupid scientists and my fa-, sorry I'm getting off track. Basically, I was used for their sick and twisted experiments. But the main reason I was there, it was so they, changed my DNA, they made me a hybrid, part human and part, well, dragon. I'll explain the rest inside the book. If you're like me though you're already in and reading my explaining the full thing, so anyways enjoy the story of my suffering and pain. Man it sounds worse when I put it that way.

No one ever said what would happen when dragons and aliens meet. And no one told me that I would be in the middle of it. Tasha was studying hard to get through her last year of university when she was kidnapped. She certainly didn't expect to wake up with four feet and wings. Mad scientists are bad enough, but things get even more complicated when aliens appear and wipe out the human race. Is there a way for her to hide her true identity in this new world while retaining her humanity? --------------------- Sneak Peek: I jumped over the lip of the tray and beat down hard with my wings. I had expected to only slow my fall; I had not expected to end up gaining so much height. I squawked in surprise and spread my wings wide in alarm before gravity regained its hold on me. With several awkward back-winging motions of my wings, I landed lightly on the floor. Well, at least I know my wings work. I glanced at the man in the corner as he was scribbling quick notes. I turned around to regard the tray again. They say practice makes perfect. With another hop and a single wingbeat, I managed to land in the sand tray with fanned wings slowing my momentum. That was much more graceful. But a wing-assisted hop wasn't true flight. And I still wasn't on the windowsill. ---------------------------- Entire semi-polished draft can be read on Wattpad.
