The title is kind of self-explanatory but here is the description. When Fury wants the Avengers to capture Spiderman to find out his identify, Spidey is determined to never let himself be caught. But when there is an emergency, he has no choice but to join forces with the very people who are trying to capture him: the Avengers. After the fight, he escapes, and leaves the Avengers wondering the answer to a very important question: Does Spiderman really need to be captured?

Peter Parker has nothing left. He lost everything he loved. His parents died in a plane crash. His uncle was shot by a mugger he could've stopped. His aunt was killed and erased from this world because of his own incompetence. And to put a cherry on top of all of that he lost his home. Yes, Peter Parker aka your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, the lokal menace, is homeless. He tries his best to find enough food to not collapse, because without the possibility to go to college (because he has already finished school early so he isn't actually a dropout) he has more time to be Spider-Man, but that also requires energy.
