Another average day in the literature club, Yuri occasionally making tea, Natsuki occasionally bringing Cupcakes, Sayori always chatting with the members, and Monika reminding everyone when it's time to share poems. When Monika overhears that Yuri is being bullied and being falsly accused on her way to the literature club, Monika tries all she can to make her feel better. In doing so, she accidentally starts falling for the purple-haired girl. Monika refuses to admit her love since she fears she isn't good enough for Yuri. Yuri starts to notice Monika's strange actions around her, and her poems have a deeper meaning then usual. In return for Monika helping Yuri out, Yuri helps Monika with some club papers, homework, and the festival.
