After an outbreak of a mysteious condition, another dimension was created. In Silver, those infected by the condition are sent to survive on their own. Lilia Cornelius, a 16 year old, and her friend, Yukio Mitsue, have lived in Silver all their lives. One day, the constantly happy Yukio decides to go on an adventure- to find the Silver Carousel, a mythical toy that can supposedly open the portal between Silver and Earth.
