Before I say anything else this book was inspired by @xxarazelyxx16, and her book series, "How to be Perfect". With that said this book will contain random helpful information for going through life as gracefully as possible. This will mean tips and tricks on; diet, exercise, school, friends, family, and anything else I can think up 🙃

This is a true story about how I dealt with my self-induced anorexia. (It's a short story so I split it up by making each paragraph one chapter. Sorry, I haven't used Wattpad in a while.)

I'm not one to complain about much, you see I've gone through a lot in my life.. But not as much as id hope.. See I'm only nine years old right now.. I still have so much to learn and go through.. Mom's always saying i cant give up yet.. My life hasn't even started yet! My mom has always been the problem.. Shes just as bad as my best friend ana.. Always snarking and laughing at me.. "Wow Kat, you're going in for more?" "Just because your skinny doesnt mean you wont get fat" "Don't think you'll always be this beautiful... Life will catch up to you Kat" Don't worry mommy... I hear you.. I'm fat.. Your nine year old daughter hears you! I wont eat mom i promise.. I'll be good. Ana is helping me momma, she cares about me too.. I didn't realize you could be "too skinny" Ana was my only friend.. No one wanted to talk to the fat girl.. Thank you momma for making death come sooner for me.. I love you for that.
