Her parents keep her locked up in the base to protect her, from what's lurking outside. What's lurking outside you might ask? The Shinra army is lurking, and their on the hunt for Myra. But what they want from her, no one knows. The only safe place is within the walls of the base. Can cloud protect Myra from the army? Read on to find out.

Follows the romance between Aeris (Aerith in America) and Cloud as it progresses to the end of the adventure. As I've not beaten the game yet (had my memory card with a save on disk 3 stolen along with the game), this will be my version of the ending, how I feel it should end.

Cloud Strife, a mercenary working for the anti-Shinra group AVALANCHE, is about to have his whole life change forever in just one encounter. Aerith Gainsborough, one of the last remaining human race called the Ancients, is about to have her life change forever when she meets Cloud Strife for the first time.

Cloud becomes the bodyguard of the last descendant of the Ancients, while also taking on unknown powers himself. He knows he shouldn't fall in love with her and she's also the love interest of his late friend but fate it seems has brought them together.
