Kaiyo always lived his life peacefully hidden away in the Southern Water Tribe. He had originally went out with Katara and Sokka's father to fight in the war, but was sent back due to the village needing him. Although he may be a skilled warrior, with the reappearance of the Avatar, the Fire Nation is now in hot pursuit and Kaiyo must work with the gang to help Aang reach his full potential. DISCLAIMER: I do not own Avatar: The Last Airbender or characters, art and/or lore associated with the canon occurrences. This is a fanfiction giving the author certain creative rights. All art and music of any sort are also not owned by the author and full recognition goes to their original and amazing artists!

The fog followed them. It haunted them like the crew haunted these waters. It was suffocatingly thick, a blanket of chimney smoke coloured mist forever wrapped around them, and all life outside of that opaque wall had been long forgotten. Beauty which had once threatened to start wars had turned so ugly it plagued the mind of any man to see it for eternity. Spirits which had once been so bright they burned like the sun in midsummer, were now damp and rotten, like the flesh of an old corpse. People spread stories about them, especially ones surrounding the woman of the Black Pearl; The Devil's Temptress. Jack Sparrow x OC

Y/n's life is quiet by design. He goes to class, clocks in at the bookstore, and keeps his expectations low. His friends, Li and Ezreal, are the opposite-always chasing the next rush, the next party, the next big thing. So when they drag him to a K/DA concert, Y/n figures it'll be another night of noise he'll forget by morning. But because of Ekko and Yasuo, he isn't allowed to. Especially not her. Evelynn-cool, untouchable, effortlessly lethal on stage. What follows isn't a love story. Not exactly. Evelynn isn't someone who gives herself away. She's sharp edges and late-night silences, guarded smiles that one could never know the true meaning behind.
