It's one thing flying out to another country and spending a week in your best friend's home, but it's another thing if you're in love with said best friend. That's a whole different story, but luckily, that's what this story is about. -------- Cross-posted from AO3 under the same account name. My friend Pi drew the cover for me and I'm so blessed!!! To him, it's just another ridiculous plot to get him killed. His life is hard enough, running from his hunter alone and inexperienced. You don't make many friends when you block everyone out. So when an outgoing dirty blonde gives him butterflies, George doesn't know what to do. There's something different about him: he's perfect. A little too perfect. But there's no truth here, there's only Perception. ---------------------------- Completed ✔️ No smut ✔️ Trigger warnings: Blood, violence, mentions of death, mild gore

The obligatory musician x fan fic that nobody asked for. This is in no way meant to be taken seriously - all respect to the boys - and I will take it down if I'm asked to. If any of the boys read this then.... I hope you get a laugh out of it. Unofficial DNF chat, this one's for you. ------------------- George had been a fan of (Dream)ing Of The Disco for longer than anyone could remember. A6d's incredible guitar, BadBoyHalo's amazing backing vocals, Skeppy's jarring percussion and Dream's.... well, everything. George would claim to be unbiased vehemently, saying he loved each of the - very attractive, in his opinion - band boys equally but Nick could confidently tell you otherwise. Too many "but have you heard Dream's voice?" and "but Nick look at him!"'s haunted his dreams. Which was why he was currently walking to George's house, two backstage concert tickets tucked away safely, swearing to hold this over George's head forevermore. If only he could have know the chaos that would ensue.

George has learnt the cruel way of this world, but never how he wished to. Now he's stuck with the consequences of a freak accident, more blood on his hands he can't wash away, and more problems that he can't get rid of. A grieving soulmate, guilt-ridden and Lost. A leader, forced into action to fulfil a promise. A best friend, forced to pick between rival sides. A dangerous rival, seeking a new victim. And a seemingly innocent boy, with an innocent smile to hide the darkness behind it. Secrets to hide a dark past, the great deception to keep the greatest unknown. ---------------------------- Completed ✔️ No smut ✔️ Trigger warnings: Blood, heavy depictions of violence and injury, mentions of death, mild gore
