He's a member of the villain league VLAS, who was captured by "heroes". He's thrown into a highschool to train more "heroes" if you want to call them that. He sees the flaws if society, and he wants to change that. But he can't do it alone. As he meets new companions, old enimes, and more trouble then he could hope, can he make the changes he wants to?
