It's a coffee shop au. It's KiriBaku. They're older, no longer in school, and have no quirks. I don't know how many other characters I'll bring in, but hopefully you'll still enjoy it. Everything seems great - Bakugo and Kirishima are finally a couple, Bakugo's sober, and doing well with the partner dance company of Kirishima's. However when the companies disband after a dispute and the pair find themselves on rivaling teams, the stakes are immediately raised. UA was a college that only few could get into, and those few were the best of the best and it was Bakugou Katsuki's goal to get into it. He was pushing himself everyday to get that damn scholarship, he needed it. But what Bakugou didn't know is the scholarship also came with a free annoying 'friend' that was way too cute.

Until one fateful night. Kirishima is a teen idol in a group called, 'Squad Goals'. They were heart throbs for girls and boys all over the world. Kirishima never loved the idea of fame. He just wanted to make music to move people around him. Seems everyone only liked him for his looks though. No matter how hard he tried it wasn't his music to affect people, it was his looks. Until one fateful night.

First off. Mermaids exist. Kirishima is a Merman, an Alpha Merman. They are incredibly possessive and protective to their Omegas. Once a Alpha is seduced and wants to mate with an Omega, it will happen in a matter of days before the Alpha turns feral. Bakugou Katsuki is Half Mer-Half Human. His mother found love with a human years ago and the Mer race did not accept this, they banished her to the human world. The couple had two children, one boy and one girl. Bakugou fell in love with the sea at a young age and now works at a Mermaid research and housing facility a few miles off the coast of Japan. His sister is Yaoyorozu Momo. Their mother died after 13 years of being on the surface, their father died shortly after. Bakugou is 22 years old and he works in a huge (mostly submerged with a roof above water for helicopter landings and docking sites) research building. They take in injured Mermaids and nurse them back to health. A few of them choose to stay on for their lives.
