Where is Ben Solo? First written immediately after Rise of Skywalker. Recently fleshed out #2- reylofanfiction 21.2.2026 #3- ReyxBen 10.12.20 #10- worldbetweenworlds 4.11.21 Written as a sequel to the Rise of Skywalker (the film, not my fanfiction version) and before the release of novelisation or at least here in the UK. If they were to bring Ben Solo back this is how I think they could do it.

Rey always saw something in Kylo Ren. A glimmer of the person he once was. She saw an equal on the opposite side so close, yet so incredibly far away. She knew what needed to be done. She needed to turn him but she didn't know that process would mean she fell in love with Ben Solo.

Poe has spent his whole life trying to get away. When his mother passed away 9 years ago, he was left with his abusive addict father. His father comes home drunk every night and couldn't care less about his son. The only help Poe gets is from his best friend, Jessika Pava, and her family. They helped raise him as best as they possibly could, and he couldn't be more grateful. When Poe turned eighteen the summer before his senior year, he and Jess were able to buy an apartment a couple blocks away from the home he grew up in. Jess has been by his side from day one, but moving away from her after graduation might be the hardest goodbye he's ever had to say. Finn's life has been miserable from the day he walked into his middle school 6 years ago. The bullying, the depression, the cuts on his wrist; they never went away. As an openly bi person of color, Finn expected middle school to be a rough journey, but he wasn't prepared for the years ahead of him. When he stepped into the large public middle school to start his first day of sixth grade, everything immediately started rolling downhill. He was jumped, beaten, and verbally harassed every day.
