Kawaii Chan buys rare car parts from a seller but she rips him off the price and gives him less then what he expected. He finds out and now Kawaii Chan has to find money to pay him off. Zane had his car burned out after a race and has to get it fixed in time for his next big race, the prize being 10 grand! Luckily for Zane, he finds Kawaii Chan and makes a deal with her.
