When these two meet their is an instant attraction between them, but don't let that fool you. They instantly clash, giving their relationship a rocky start. When the guidance counselor sees that Emma is failing history, she assigns her a tutor. Under the impression her tutor was going to be another student, Emma is shocked to find out it it's none other than Mr. Jones. They grow close and Emma realizes that maybe he isn't as bad as she thought.

Emma's father, David, is a police officer. His partner, Killian Jones, gets severely injured and is now in the hands of David, his wife Mary Margret, and his daughter Emma Swan. David and Mary are never really home so Emma mostly takes care of him. They spend a lot of time together and become really close. The more time spent together the more closer they become. Can they get through the challenges that life throws at them, or will they have to say goodbye?
