Victoria Allen was always treated like a baby in her family. She was always overprotected by her parents and was never let outside of her house, which she considers more like a prison. They ever only let her out if it was with her eight-years-older-than-her cousin, Barry. Victoria thought that she would eventually die out of boredom, that was until one day, everything changed.

Years later, on her 15Th Birthday, Himoko is sent off on a journey with the Avatar and two Southern Water Tribe Siblings to help defeat the Fire Lord, and maybe even teach Avatar Aang her bending.
