Kokichi has a split personality, in which he can't control. Shuichi is oblivious of the fact, so he and other classmates think he is just evil for the heck of it, and fakes being shy. Can Shuichi help Kokichi? Or will he leave him to suffer?

Set in Pregame danganronpa v3. The new student Shuichi saihara a boy devoted to despair has an obsession with Ouma kokichi a timid introverted boy who also likes despair but is suicidal and self harms. Shuichi finds that he can't oppress his feelings about kokichi but when he finds out kokichi's being bullied and no one else is helping, he takes things into his own hands and maybe, the wrong way.

Kokichi Ouma. The ultimate supreme leader and the bane to the rest of this peers at the ultimate academy. Kokichi Ouma. The freak of the school and life's punching bag, The living embodiment of a lie. Yet no matter where they are and what is happening there is always a certain someone there...problem is Ouma can't stop lying to that person...

Kokichi Ouma is a victim of this rare disease called; Hanahaki. Even if the flowers are beautiful, it makes him suffocate. Each passing month, weeks and now even days, his health deteriorates.
