The Age of Kaiju A brief period of history that lasted 20 years and ended nearly 50 years before quirks appeared. It was the darkest part in human history when monsters of a bygone era, stronger then most heros emerged with the first being Godzilla and others emerging soon after. It was dark times especially when humanity even unwittingly created several of them. In the end all Kaiju were killed off in by Godzilla who was on the verge of a nuclear meltdown. Which was averted due to it being managed by a truly united world as he took on an equally powerful Kaiju known as Destroyah. After that everything dealing with Kaiju was promptly eliminated and nothing remained of the era except for the legends. At least that was as far as Izuku knew it, until one washed ashore during training. One that could assume a human form. Now he has to help her out as he strives to be a hero. It won't be easy with dealing with school, villains, managing his love life, and making sure that she doesn't go on a rampage. Though in the end, he wouldn't change a thing about it.

Soul was just a boy that was living with his family but after his sisters start making stuff up to get him in trouble that's wend the abuse started. After his dad got mad at him for some thing he didn't do he was sent flying to the fire pit there his family saw him burn they see there mistake and try to save him only for him to become ash and cinders (I know very little about RWBY but know a shit loads about darks souls so enjoy)
