For 6000 years the two entities have mingled among the humans, occasionally sharing a moment, whether it be good or bad. But after knowing one another for so long one begins to question the purpose of their friendship and whether there is more that they both cannot see alone. They need to see through each other's eyes to discover that their feelings for one another are more than just a possibility and whether they would take that risk of speaking first.

Physical encounters, and human friends occur, and soon our ineffable husbands are having to help us humans save the world.... All over again. After the near end of the world, Aziraphale and Crowley decide that they are happier when together and make the big decision to move in together, which ultimately leads to a romance that has been building up for centuries.
