Ryleigh Pierce is running from a past that haunts her every waking moment. She decides to settle in L.A. on a whim and finds herself working as an administrative assistant to a pleasant middle aged man who sees right through her false identity. After sharing her story with him he promises to keep it a secret. This is until she meets the ever handsome Liam Marx. Liam is the son of Ryleigh's boss, Devin, who's been away protecting our country. After their run in with each other Liam feels the need to help Ryleigh or as he comes to know her, Isabella, and won't take no for an answer. Isabella is bound and determined to make it on her own in this world. She has one semester of college left before she graduates as a Veterinarian, but her father has other plans for her.
