For Ava Kinski has an undiscovered role in the sullen events that has captured the planet - the arrival of the same unknown invaders from the heavens that destroyed Atlantis a long, long time ago... Caught in the seemingly uncanny events is a Alec Archer and his friends; their worlds colliding with Ava, as they are unknowingly thrust in a quest for the truth that will take them to the legend that is Atlantis and to worlds away in time and space, in a magical universe they never knew existed as they are embroiled in a sinister plot of epic proportions. "I don't fear darkness. I am the darkness." Being the leader of the largest Mafia group in USA, Ruslan Searlus is a man to be petrified of. Everyone run away from him; wishes to never cross his path. Everyone's terrified of him, everyone but Alfresca Leonard, a homeless woman who comes knocking at his door begging him to save her life. He's a heartless monster while she has the purest of hearts. When these two clashes, sparks arises and so does other issues. __________________________________________ "I was just curious." Lifting his hand, he gripped my jaw in between his fingers firmly and tilted my head upwards. His voice turned low. "Then tame your curiosity, Alfresca or I wouldn't mind taming it myself." And he brushed his thumb against my lower lip.

A possible future in less than 500 words, if plastic wins. This was my entry for the WattPad/National Geographic #PlanetOrPlastic competition back in late 2018. It reached their Top 10 Submissions which, given that there appeared to be well over 5000 entries, was a very pleasant surprise! The competition itself had a limit of 500 words so, for those who keep asking if I intend continuing the story, the answer (for now!) is no - unless I can find a very good reason for adding any more.
