As a result, he is fluent in Japanese, Italian, Spanish, Korean, and English. A feat most adults can't even pull off. When Yuuri is told he'll have a new foster family in Russia he's is overcome with fear, anxiety, and excitement. But after meeting Victor, they become inseparable.
