Olivia Rodgers wasn't you're average girl. She was around the age Thirteen when a group of Vampaneze destroyed her home, killing her entire family leaving her for last. They wanted her to join but, of course she refused, they had just killed her family. She was soon saved just in time by a vampire of the name Crepsly. That was when he offered her to join his "family of freaks" although he didn't use that exact wording. Since she was all alone and had no other family to go to, she agreed. Turns out, she made the right choice. Especially when Darren Shan arrives, that's when she realized her story was just beginning.
