In this story we have Momoko, Kaoru, and Miyako who are living out there daily lives as PowerPuff Girls Z. Protecting Tokyo City from evil and chaos. But the leader has a secret that no one's about. Her secret that she is a princess who ran away from her home a long time ago. She lives with her royal cousin Kadlen who also ran away from his kingdom as well. But will her secret be revealed if she is pushed to far? Will everyone hate her when they find out? Will she find love on the way? Or will she stay a Princess In Hiding.

"The mind may have forgotten what's important but the HEART can never forget. It always remembers." A mysterious disease came out of nowhere and without finding any cure, that disease ended the human race one by one. Even the puffs and the ruffs. Humankind was erased like someone had pushed the 'Restart' button and wiped all the living creatures out of the world. Another world was created. It was called Alistaire. People who were sinful back in the old world never got the chance to live in Alistaire but the people who were good got a chance and they're the ones living in the new world. Momo Akatsumi, Miya Kuji and Aoru Tsubara. These three are the most popular people in Arde (pronounced as 'Ard') High. But of course, this is the AFTERLIFE. They don't know each other. And they don't know the ruffs. What happens when fate brings them back together? Will they accept each other? What happens if they find out their past lives? Will they accept or turn away?
