After Magnus has an argument with one of his more unruly clients, Alec finds himself strangely aroused by the warlocks dominance. After investigating, Magnus finally finds out why his lover had been acting so strangely around him as of late. Determined to please his submissive boyfriend, he devises a plan.

When Magnus Bane dies, Alec Lightwood is brokenhearted. But while grieving, Alec finds a stack of letters which he fire messages. These letters are the letters Magnus left behind in case he died, to tell the important people in his life how he really felt about them.
