The population of earth has started to develop power called quirks that only 80% of the population have, the other 20% are quirkless. Izuku Midoriya has been chosen by the number one hero to become his successor because he had saved a boy from dying from a slime villain. But what happens when something happens to Midoriya where he not only becomes a great hero but is feared by villain's and his allies because of his strange powers. If anyone has ship ideas I am open to add one in this story. Its hard for me to decide or if you don't want a ship that is completely fine. Anyways please enjoy the story.
