A story about the Everly Brothers (Don and Phil) and their friends (Buddy and Dion)

An AU based off of 'It's So Easy' and 'Well...Alright' by @RadicalCopper (reading those stories before this one isn't necessary, but you should anyway because they're awesome) On the first day of kindergarten, Buddy gave the pretty girl with the orange hair a rock he found. Later in the day, Violet gave the kid with the funny glasses half of her pudding cup. According to the laws of the playground, that made them officially married. A story of one shots that follow Buddy Holley and Violet Winter from their shared childhood in Lubbock, Texas, to their shared time on the world stage.

SEQUEL TO 'It's So Easy'. Violet Holly had a lot on her plate. She had recently found out there was books written about her by her former guardian, Wilhelm Koch, she was quickly rising to stardom on the coattails of her husband, Buddy, and she was still fighting the inner demons of a traumatic childhood. As the years flew by, Violet might have been deemed a fashion icon, and she might have been hailed as a pioneer for women in the music industry, but those were the last things on her mind. I decided to make another one of these stories even though one is still alive and the other passed away tragically...But I wanted to write a story like how I wrote about Anne Frank and Peter Van Pels since that story got a bunch of views...and after watching my now favorite movie La Bamba, it has inspired me to write the stories that I am writing about...So I hope you like it and enjoy...I might make it into a trilogy kind of like how I did to the Anne Frank and Peter Van Pels stories

They rode to school together, had classes together, ate lunch together, did homework together, and just about everything inbetween. Of course, the natural progression of friendship lead to falling in love. They dated, got engaged, and eventually tied the knot. They lived happy lives in New York city, producing songs and living the star life. When on a tour, the bus breaks down in a small midwestern town. They wander around the town. They find themselves in a small bookshop when Violet finds a book by a significant guardian she once had. The book is dedicated to her and about her adventures with the man who wrote it. Will she decide to find the man who she once referred to as her guardian? A story told mainly through flashbacks and a main line, it's always the same story-the story of Buddy and Violet. 《•This is BOOK ONE!
