This story is an alternate path of Tales of Dracon World and Fighting Chance: Rise of Rebellion which belongs to @RageRevan. This story will show on what would have happened if Issei never got caught by Black Arms after he was exiled to Forbidden Lands for the gas attack in Arcadia which was something he never did.
