When you're a seventeen-year-old girl with anxiety disorder and a gorgeous, popular girl that absolutely hates your guts for who-knows-what reason bullying you whenever she gets the chance, Anna Falls has no choice but to face reality.... her life sucks. But the little sparks of hope that build up her optimistic, bright soul convince her otherwise. She will always think of one thing and that there is hope in life. Maybe even a goal. It might not be visible now, but she knew that it became as clear as a bell when she ran into Luke Carter. Twice. In one day. Second time being literally into him. -- "How about fifty-fifty?" I offer in ragged breaths. "We could have just done this from the beginning," he replies, breathing heavily. We both chuckle. I gaze into his green eyes. "Your eyes are really beautiful," I blurt out. "I know," he smirks. "Are you always that egotistic?" "It depends," he answers, pushing my hair behind my ear. I smile at him. "You're welcome then." "I never said thank you." "And I said you're welcome. Are we done, Catherine Obvious?" -- #3 in annoying: 11/18/2020 #39 in teenagers: 01/03/2021 #8 in disorder: 01/12/2021 #110 in romance: 01/19/2021 All media used within the cover does not belong to me, but belongs to the app Canva.

After having her heart broken by the boy she'd been in love with her whole life, Brimmy Somell decides to take a little...vacation. Little does she know, it turns out to be much more permanent than she had originally thought. After meeting tall, sexy, and mysterious Marcello Pietro, Brimmy finds herself having to make a life-changing decision and putting herself in a dangerous position she'd never imagined to be in. °•°●°•°●°•°●°•° "I love you." He says with no hesitation. It takes a moment for my hazy mind to catch up. I'm still in a daze, mesmerized by his perfections, and the deep dimple set in his cheek. I blink, "What?" "Don't make me say it again." He says, sounding frustrated, but I catch the hint of embarassment in his voice as he runs his hand through his hair and takes a step back. I grab a hold of the neckline to his shirt and yank him back within close proximity of me. "What if I want you to say it again?" I ask, studying his eyes. "Isn't it enough that I said it once?" He scowls, trying to pull back, but I restrain him from doing so. "Nope. Just say it one more time and I'll be satisfied." I state bravely, feeling a boost of confidence I didn't have earlier. He glances down, then looks back up into my eyes, allowing me to spot the vulnerability and uncertainty he feels. "I love you." He says, putting more strength in his voice than he looks to have. I grin, pulling him in for a kiss, but right before I do, I say the one phrase that will seal my fate, "I love you too, big, bad mafia boss." ••••• The story may be rough but the comment section makes up for it. ••••• Word count: 51,173 ••••• Written and published 2018-2019

"The dark abyss weighed heavy on me. It called my name, urging me to give in. It promised me a life of ease if I left this cruel world behind. The pain in my abdomen, white-hot and insistent, nearly pushed me to the brink, yet I hold on. Zander's face came to me in my unconsciousness, angry and accusing. It would be hard for him to forgive me for what I've put him through. It would be so much easier to give up, to enter the beyond, and not deal with the guilt and grief I would feel for the rest of my life. Still, I held on." ____________________________________ By the year 2320, nuclear warfare has killed most of the world's population. Resources are limited, and survivors have been divided into two groups- suits and unsuits. Those who are deemed "unsuitable" for the new world are banished into the wastelands to die, while the "suitable" enjoy a life of luxury. What no one anticipates is that the unsuits persevere, forming a society of their own, and they want vengeance for the decades of wrongful treatment. Now the world is on the brink of a second war, and Kai finds herself at the middle of it. She embarks on an incredible journey of self-discovery, betrayal, and romance as she finds her place in this new world. © Dawn Norwell *1st place winner in the Creativity Awards *1st place winner in the Blossoming Story Awards 2019 *1st place winner in the Dauntless Warrior Awards *1st place winner of The Black and Gold Leaf Awards *2nd place winner in the Midnight Sun Awards *3rd place winner in the Winners Circle Awards 2019 *Ranked #3 in Future Fantasy ____________________________________ "I absolutely LOVED this!!
