After a dimensional disturbance was found in another dimension, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles decide to find and stop the source of the problem. After the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles get to this new dimension where the problem is located, they are surprised to find who has caused the problem and what they are planning to do. Meanwhile while the chipmunks are having a boys day out, they come across the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and decide to help them take down this new threat in their world However with the chipettes getting captured by this new threat and and an old enemie, it's up to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Alvin, Simon and Theodore to save the chipettes and for them all team up to take back their world together!
