This story begins telling the story of how Madison Ludke, a 12 year old girl, started to become interested in diapers and regressive behavior. She begins to wear overnight Pull-Ups as a way to combat an annoying problem she sometimes has at school while speaking in front of her class. Little does she know - she becomes attached to them, sparking interests due to lack of a fulfilling childhood. The story also follows Madison's best friend, Brittney - who also turns to regressive behavior based on her past and present, troublesome life.

Two years has gone by now. Izzy is in college at the Ohio State University becoming a Technical Theatre/Sound Design major. After Izzy graduated she decided that she wanted to move to Ohio to go to college. Life has completely changed for Izzy. She's got a new job in the field she's majoring in, she's got a new set of friends, and she's stopped wearing diapers. She wanted to grow up. When she left for college her and Evangeline broke up. They knew this was coming for a while and so they were ready for it when the time came. Evangeline has a new girlfriend and is living in Houston working as a manager in a bar. Izzy is single. Not trying to date just trying to focus on school and work. Izzy has thought that she's moved on from diapers and wearing them but she is so wrong.

After battling with a life threatening disease, Stephanie finally got the all clear on her health. She was free to live her life. She is starting a new school at the start of the year, planning to just finish high school with no problems.
