An egotistical supervillain, thrown back in time by her sidekick, must work with her past self--and her ex-girlfriend-turned-superhero, in order to find her way home. ☆ Rory Lennox, also known as the supervillain Ridge, always gets what she wants. At least until her loyal sidekick goes rogue, throwing her back to her university years using the time machine she invented. When her path crosses with her past self, she finds past-Rory is willing to believe time travel exists, but not that she would ever become a villain. To make matters worse, Accha Coderia, Rory's superhero-rival and ex-girlfriend, is trapped in the past too. As the two are forced to work together to fix the machine, unresolved tensions rise between them, daring to re-ignite a flame they have both been trying to ignore. In order to get home, Rory must ensure the past plays out exactly as it happened the first time, which means reliving the events leading to her descent into villainy. Rory might be doomed, but maybe... just maybe... her past is exactly what she needs. Content Warning: Brief mention of suicide. Please use discretion. Cover by @-MilaSteele

Targeted by superpowered terrorists, an actress is protected by the government's strongest guardian--the same woman who broke her heart two years ago. ☆ Elsie Bates won't deny that she's made a few enemies during her fifteen-year acting career, but she never thought her actions would warrant her death at the hands of meta-human terrorists. As if that wasn't bad enough, her federally appointed bodyguard is the famous Camilla Wyatt, the most powerful guardian in the country and Elsie's sworn enemy. Because behind Camilla's sunny personality is a cold and heartless young woman, and no one but Elsie knows the truth. At least, that's what Elsie initially thinks. As it happens, being forced into a protective lockdown with someone can change perspectives, and Elsie slowly uncovers the secret behind Camilla's complicated character. In turn, Camilla begins to realize that maybe "trust issues" shouldn't be in her superpower repertoire, and self-preservation doesn't necessarily require self-isolation. But as the women grow closer, so do the forces that attempt to split them apart. And when the worlds of superpowered militaries, propaganda movies, and hidden conspiracies begin to collide, Elsie and Camilla must rely on each other to survive. ☆ INCLUDES: ✓ Militarized superheroes ✓ LGBTQ+ romance ✓ Diverse characters ✓ Subtle sociopolitical commentary ✓ "Science" FEATURED: ★ @TheAmbys 2023 Top Pick ★ @lgbtq Pride Awards 2023 Sci-Fi Winner ★ @FreeTheLGBT Pride Awards - Third Place ★ @TripleACommunity Aro Ace Awards - Shortlist ★ @superhero, @FreeTheLGBT, @WattpadUrbanFantasy, @StoriesUndiscovered Mature rating is for violence, grotesque descriptions, and swearing. When Rosie's new husband ignores her, she begs the harlot next-door for lessons on seduction (1980s suburban dystopia with a spicy lesbian romance) *** It's 1982, and newlywed Rosie McGee has just moved into an idealistic suburban cul-de-sac called Windsor Lane. As a good Christian girl, this is Rosie's dream come true... or at least, it should be. However, next-door-neighbor Scarlett Everly doesn't fit in with the rest of the good Christian wives in their neighborhood (she drinks, she sleeps around, and she doesn't even attend church!). Worse, Rosie's new husband suddenly seems utterly uninterested in her. Has he already been seduced by Scarlett? Or is Rosie simply too boring? After a honeymoon more closely resembling a funeral, Rosie gathers her courage and marches right up to Scarlett's door with a plea: teach me your ways. Scarlett agrees, with one condition: Rosie must model for her next painting. Naked. When the agreement leads to unexpected attraction, Rosie begins to question her own priorities. The warmth she once felt when holding Thomas's hand is nothing compared to the fiery storm that consumes her while Scarlett is painting. But a good Christian girl should not think of such things. Especially not in Windsor Lane. Grand Winner for the Pride Awards 2025 Honorable Mention in ONC 2025 ONC 2025 prompt 53: On your honeymoon, you discover the most shocking truth about your spouse--one that could change everything. Also prompt 118: You're feeling trapped in your current relationship and can't shake the urge to break free.

Hazel Flynn's life is...fine. Not great. Not tragic. Just aggressively average. She's broke, drowning in student loans, working the front desk at a doctor's office and trying (unsuccessfully) to make it as an artist in New York. When she lies to her parents about having a girlfriend and an upcoming art exhibition, she fully expects both problems to somehow magically resolve themselves. They do not. At 42, Vivienne Hart is a literary legend-brilliant, ruthless with words, and impossible to get close to. It's been a decade since her last book, and she's made one thing clear: she has no interest in finishing it. Enter Emily Carter-28, sharp-tongued, and entirely unimpressed by Vivienne's reputation. She's been hired to do the impossible: get Vivienne to write again. Their partnership is a disaster from the start. Vivienne is cold, impossible, and infuriatingly controlled. Emily is reckless, relentless, and knows exactly how to get under her skin. What starts as creative clashes and late-night rewrites turns into something far more dangerous. A stolen glance. A lingering touch. A night that should never have happened. ___________________________ completed: 9th march'25
