Katniss Everdeen is a 20 year old girl that has some strong feelings for her best friend. When he comes back home after a mission overseas, she decides to tell him about her feelings. Peeta Mellark is a 20 year old guy who is a soldier in the Army. He's deeply in love with his best friend, and wants to tell her, and decides to do so, when he arrives home. What happens when Peeta get a callback and has to leave again? How does Katniss cope? And most importantly, will Peeta arrive home alive again?

When Katniss and her sister Prim move to California after their parents died, the last thing Katniss expects to find is love. But what happens when a blue-eyed, blond haired guy bumps into her and can not leave her alone, let alone take his eyes off her.
