Welcome to the 2019 Genre Contest! This is the First Annual Genre Contest. The purpose of this award system is to celebrate our amazing authors while they put forward their best works! Sure, it's no Wattys, and the rewards aren't as extravagant, but winning will always make someone feel a sense of accomplishment. You can write anything. There are no limitations. Any genre, any length, poems, mature, anything, so long as it meets a short list of requirements. We want you to be able to express yourself through what YOU'RE good at, and not by anyone's limitations.

-NOW JUDGING- Welcome to the first ever Catharsis Shorty Story Contest! Here, stories from varying genres will compete to win PRIZES, get FEEDBACK, and improve overall writing. As of now, we have the capability to judge stories in English, Spanish, and French, but we are actively looking for judges with more language capabilities. To compete, contestants will be required to write a story of 5 maximum chapters, not surpassing the 20,000 word count, follow this account until the end of the contest, and submit a form with all of the information. It's that easy! Plus, anyone who is accepted will be shown their rubrics with tons of valuable feedback, regardless of placing! This contest is currently under construction, as we are looking for judges, but we will keep this story up to date on the status of the competition.
