Jotaro's has been assigned to attend Kyoto University, he is to get a degree in Marine Biology, a subject of his choosing, whilst also tracking down a stand user that is believed to be stronger than anyone the Jostar's have ever encountered. Her stand us entirely unknown, her power and its range are as good a guess as any. Her bloodline though? It connects through centuries. The user? Saffron Giovanna, older sister to Giorno Giovanna.
