Ken Ciel is a reaper and in his line of work he is forced to gather the souls of the dead but the sound of taking a life is too much for him so he chooses to leave his fellow reaper and try and live as a mortal but when he finds that the world has became the image of a dystopia he makes it his mission to fix it.
