He said, backing away more, clearly scared of Gerard. "No, no, no, no," Gerard shook his hands, starting to get annoyed, "THIS is MY apartment. I'm paying for it." He said in a way you'd talk to someone from the moon. "And so do I!" the guy snapped, "you better get the fuck out or I'm calling the cops." ꧁ꕥ꧂ Or where two people, one more different than the other, are forced to live together after being scammed.

It all begins when Gerard gets a text from a random number, and a friendship blooms between him and an annoying, oh-so-persistent Frank. As tensions rise and butterflies swarm, what will happen as Frank makes it his mission to discover who his anonymous friend is, and as Gerard does everything he can to prevent so from happening?

Because who doesn't love a revenge era Frerard? It's 2004 and My Chem are on tour. It should be a happy time, and yet Gerard finds himself spiralling, caught in a toxic relationship and even more toxic addictions. The only people that can seem to get through to him at all are his bandmates, but that's becoming complicated too, as he's accidentally fallen in love with one of them. Disclaimer/warning - this story deals with alcohol and substance abuse. I don't want to romanticise it at all - if anything, this is about how love doesn't automatically fix these issues.
