After fighting a group of assailants Peter was followed home by a group of stragglers. The assailants attack him in his home leading to the death of his aunt may. While at the same time stark industries was taking a hit due to the bad publicity during the Sokovia accords. Tony decides to soften up the publics view of him that he would it take in a young ward. Peter must now work harder to keep his alternate identity not only from the public but from his new very publicized guardian. Peter Parker has nothing left. He lost everything he loved. His parents died in a plane crash. His uncle was shot by a mugger he could've stopped. His aunt was killed and erased from this world because of his own incompetence. And to put a cherry on top of all of that he lost his home. Yes, Peter Parker aka your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, the lokal menace, is homeless. He tries his best to find enough food to not collapse, because without the possibility to go to college (because he has already finished school early so he isn't actually a dropout) he has more time to be Spider-Man, but that also requires energy. But the Avengers are there to safe the day! Because even a fellow hero sometimes needs help, right? Wishful thinking. Maybe they WOULD help a fellow hero. The only problem? They don't think of Spider-Man as such. They think of him more like a menace. So instead of helping him... they hunt him. This is a crossover of the MCU movies and Fantastic Four (2005)

The media always loves a soft, single dad, so it's perfect to get the PR they need. Pepper is enraged. Rhodey is disappointed. Happy is confused. All of this, Tony expected. What he doesn't expect is to bring home a kind-hearted, intelligent, four-year-old kid named Peter who slowly gets him to come out of his egocentric shell.

The hero has garnered a lot of publicity from his acts of saving the city from the Lizard, Electro, the Green Goblin and the criminals of everyday New York. However, Fury can't determine Spider-Mans position, whether it good for the world or a threat until he's met him in person. In the end he has tasked the Avengers with bringing him in, even if the methods are a little unorthodox. Behind the scenes, Tony and Steve are preparing themselves for the responsibilities of parenthood as they search for the perfect edition to their family. Going from place to place until one day they find the rights kid to fill the little empty space in their hearts. Peter Parker is a 15 year old boy whose recently lost his last living relative and placed in a children's home. He spends his days as Spider-Man, while debating whether it's good or bad he'd never be adopted with his disappearance tendencies or his lying habits than were just outright unfair. Being a 15 year old and the oldest among the children doesn't raise his hopes. No one wants a teenagers. After all, everyone wants a 'puppy' not a full grown 'dog.'

•COMPLETED• Just another wrong number fanfic, but hopefully unique! Peter Parker's life is ok, not the best, but ok. After ned mistells his number, peter starts talking to tony stark, and things go from there. Peter is 16 years old, has his homecoming suit, but starts off with no AI (for like, a third of a chapter), and tony is his idol. And you can probably think of what happens from there, but please stick with it as I hope/think it'll be different from normal ones. NOT a starker, btw. That's disgusting.
