Percy, Clint, and Natasha have known each other for a while, Percy's apartment has become kind of a safe haven for the trio. When a new threat surfaces, Percy is called in by Nick Fury to help, meaning he has to work with the rest of the avengers, whoops.

After the war, Percy and Nico used their wishes to cut off from the Greek world. They join S.H.I.E.L.D. and are level 12 agents (there are only four level 12 agents them Natasha and Clint). After a near death experience for both girls Stiles saves their lives by sending them back to their own time. Living with the consequences of her life saving decision Stiles and Allison readjust back to modern society and its rules before everything is once again flipped upside down.
