Named after the aunt who burned down her high school, Olivia Peterson never had a chance at a normal life. But when an innocent birthday tradition results in a new set of curtains-and an unforgiving hole scorched into her carpet-Olivia realises that her life is even more messed up than she thought. Objects around her begin to burst into flames, and Olivia can't help but question why. Ryan Murray has the answers, and as she unintentionally forces his hand, dark intentions are uncovered, which threaten everything she has ever known. Haunted by her aunt's sins, Olivia worries that history will repeat itself. And she's not the only one who's concerned. Ryan will do everything in his power to protect the world from her kind. But when Olivia and Ryan are forced to fight together against an unknown adversary, they begin to question who the true enemy is. Is it the girl who can burn the house down, or the force that would stop her before she gets the chance? ........................................................................................................ His voice was dangerous, daring me to laugh, and something about the rumbling in his throat compelled me to abide by his every demand. His words rolled through the air between us, and he moved so that his lips were next to my ear. I shuddered when his breath tickled my hairline. "Do you have a less funny explanation for how you can create fire?" he breathed. My shoulders, which once shook with laughter, now quivered with anticipation. "W-Well," I stuttered. "I guess not." ........................................................................................................ 💥 FEATURED on the Wattpad Adventure profile's Fantastical Adventure's reading list! 💯 TOP RANKINGS: #10 • YoungAdultFantasy #15 • Supernatural Romance #35 • MagicPowers #21 • YAFantasy #70 • Cursed

The world had long since forgotten the age of dragons, those creatures that had once ruled the skies as gods had long since disappeared after the conclusion of the Great Demon Wars. Dragons became nothing more than a fading legend, a story to tell children at bedtime. But the gods could not let the dragons die, for they were the last defense against the demon armies and the dark god Vekkar. Talia had been born and raised in a world of darkness acting as an agent of Hephatus, goddess of assassins and death. She knew only a life of killing, sometimes for justice, sometimes for honor, always for money. Her morals were opaque at best. But when she's deployed to the city of Arboros she finds herself thrust into a world of political games, opposing powers, and constant threat. Nowhere was safe even for her. Her goals became muddied, and then lost altogether when she meets the Dwarven Prince. Bromyr had spent the last five years of his life chasing ghosts, desperate to find the lost dragon eggs. His people thought him crazy, his father stripped him of his titles, but he never gave up. Eventually his effort bore fruit and he hastily made way to return to his homeland only to get caught up in the city of Arboros. It was there that he met an intriguing half-giant, a woman who ignited a fire everywhere she went. In the end she was the one who inadvertently brought about the new age of dragons. What could go wrong when an ill tempered assassin becomes the first dragon rider of a new age? ***Cover made by annie1loves1you***

Wren was your average girl. She wasn't that exceptional. She was the kind of girl that you see when you were talking to her, and forget about when she was out of your sight. But she was anything but average. She was a werewolf. Yet, even in her pack, she was an outcast. Even though she was a rare female werewolf, she was still ignored in the Canther Stone Pack. To become a werewolf, you have to have been in service to a pack for several years. Then, when the Alpha or Luna of said pack decided that you were ready, they would give you the bite. It was then up to the gods to see if you were worthy of the honour. If you were, you woke up in wolf form the next day. If not, you just died. Many, many candidates had died due to the fact that they were unworthy in the eyes of the gods. Females were even rarer. If one did survive, they were immediately given Luna status, got to choose the best warriors from their previous pack, and then go off to start their own pack. But Wren hadn't gotten any of that. The Canther Stone Pack believed that she had been accidentally bitten and that she was a fluke of nature. So she had to settle for no title and a minimum role in the pack. But what happens when her '18th' birthday comes and goes without her finding her mate? Will the pack decide this is the last thing needed in their evidence to support the fact that she was never meant to be a werewolf?
