Rey and Kylo / Ben continue to have a strong connection but try to suppress or ignore them as both believe the other is lost. Then Leia dies and the dead of his mother plunges Ben into a crisis. Hux takes advantage of this moment, takes the power and tries to kill Ben. This one can escape badly injured. Rey is also weakened by Ben's lethal injury and finds out through the research in the jedi's books that she and Ben are inextricably linked by the Forcebond originally created by Snoke.... A tear, although invisible from the rest of the universe underneath his mask, fell down his cheek. Kylo Ren left the scene of the massacre, where he had just murdered dozens of former fellow Jedi padawans, at the academy his uncle had established. He didn't look back, for he knew that if he did, he would totally break...he would be torn apart. Please note that this story STARTS in the time while Kylo Ren/Ben is at the Jedi Academy and that this story was written directly after The Force Awakens!
