Some people thought him higher than heroes, even being defended by his supporters in a one-off clash with heroes. It is fact that no-one could find the vigilante, but he whould find them. He wasn't any 'Symbol of Peace', but he could strike fear into villains like a kick to the face. And that's just how he fights. Surprise is a tool to be used without hesitation, with an unknown quirk, that's all he does. Be underestimated. How will heroes arrest him when he's targeted by villains? How will they catch him when some just want to protect him? How about his ties with the students of Japan's most prestigious hero school?
