This takes place in the recovery training arc, I changed up the storyline a bit to make it fit, but it's otherwise pretty central to the anime. I didn't and don't plan on reading the manga, because I prefer to read the mood based on song and bg music. from: that one weeb desperately waiting for the movie's release

Whenever Tanjiro and Kanao go to the movies, they always watch the same type of movie. One day, they begin to wonder if maybe the other doesn't really like them. Modern AU. Rated T because I'm paranoid.

What would they react to see Tanjiro's previous life and how he became one of the greatest Demon Slayers in the present.
