1994 - Valentine Peters loves music and doesn't know where she would be without it. Singing was her way to escape from reality and writing music was the easiest way for her to express her emotions. They begin to bond over their love for music but it could end up being too late before they finally realize their feelings for each other. 2020 - Valentine Peters is now known as Valentine Harrison to her friends, family and fellow detectives in the LAPD. She is happily married and has a son who attends her old high school, the high school she attended with her now deceased cousin Reggie. It's been about 25 years since Reggie, her best friend Alex and her old crush Luke died.
