~ A very short Canem fanfic, an alternative scene from the episode 15. ~

This is my happy, funny, feel good Rom-Com from Erkenci Kus. No silliness. No jealously. No drama. No violence. No interference by others. Rated G. Just for laughs and love. This is only my second attempt to write Fan Fiction. I am not a writer. I do not own any rights to Erkenci Kus, their characters, or actors. I am a Fan only. (No longer updating) When Can says he wants to be friends, Sanem finds herself struggling with their new dynamic. After making the decision to leave the agency and work alongside Osman, Can finds himself missing the woman that he drove away. But with Fabri and Polen out to make things difficult, Can and Sanem's love story becomes tougher than ever. With jealousy, miscommunication and everybody's scheming, will the two lovers ever get their happy ending?

Can and Sanem are finally getting married. It's time to fix some wrongs, finish unfinished business, fill in the gaps and live the adventure of a lifetime.

A fictitious account of Can and Demet's life after EK. Beware of the angst and I touch on the serious subject of high functioning depression, maybe even a little on post traumatic stress syndrome. However, the general overture is moving on past the sensationalism of virtually living with the most magnificent someone for over a year and how you cope afterward. I do not own the rights to any pictures, lyrics or poetry I have included in my myopic storyline.

Sanem owns together with her sister Leyla, the Aydin Agency. They hire the handsome photographer Can, who finds out soon enough what a Special Kind of Bird, Sanem is! Hope you will enjoy my "fun take" on Canem!😀

I really loved EK up to episode 19, after that, they made Sanem act too childish, awkward and unworthy of being a strong and intelligent woman. From then on, and especially the scene at the hut where Can lost it, I almost felt insulted that a young woman could be portrayed in such a weak and stupid way; and that she would blame herself after a man would treat her with so much violence and disrespect. I am slowly learning to like the character of Can again but mostly felt the need to write my ''dream'' version of EK after Sanem tells Can ''you have decided to leave, good bye''. I like happy ending don't worry, but Can won't have it easy!!! I own no rights over characters, and I am not a frequent writer apart from uni and work assignments/reports😊 oh and I am not a native English speaker. Yigit is not Polen's brother in this story, because it was utterly RIDICULOUS!!!! Lol

After Sanem's confession of love for Can

I had an idea hit me... and, as desperately as I want to finish Keşke, I just had to at least start this AU piece. It's basically just flipping Can and Sanem's characters, all others the same except substituting Yigit for Polen. (So, Yigit is to Sanem what Polen was to Can)- I have no idea if I'll be able to pull this off though... Character development is not my strong suit which is why I'm comfortable with fanfiction. I can use other, already established characters. 😉 but this AU might be doable for me as I have the character base still pretty much defined for me. Thought it would be a nice way for me to ease into more original storytelling. We'll see I guess! 😋

My "happy path" version... Bear with me through some of the chapters as I don't always deviate too much from the show. Maybe half way through the 3rd part is where I start to diverge, then I go back & forth to following the show pretty closely, then diverging again. I really liked some of the scenes/ writing on the show, so kept a lot of that as is, and just tried to 'fix' stuff I didn't like as much. :)
