Ryujin; a hitman. Her whole life, she struggled to navigate through her debilitating diagnosis- lacking the ability to show empathy or compassion. The voices in her head constantly torment her, claiming she was a killer, a monster, someone who deserved nothing but sorrow and misfortune. She came across a contract to eliminate a CEO of a successful architect company. Thinking it's easy money, she accepted the offer. But with the blade pressed against the woman's neck, she felt something crack inside her. She was faced with a dilemma. Ryujin needed to make a split-second decision. Cards were Ryujin's signature. She would place a card in between the stiff fingers of each of her victims, signifying the life she took in exchange for money. However, there was a person that she couldn't give a card to; Hwang Yeji. Just when she found solace in Yeji, the ghosts of her past came to haunt her, leaving her torn between the two lives she was living. If the cards were shuffled again, would the outcome stay the same? Grieving the loss of her fiancée, Ryujin wandered the dark alleys of Seoul. She came across an empty store with a dilapidated Photo Booth. After inserting a coin into the machine, Ryujin was taken back to the day Yeji died. [short story.]

A fashion designer discovered a book titled "Mine". She opened the book, inside a sketch of a young soldier caught her attention. "Say her name 3 times." Little did she know, it'll be the beginning of an adventure of her own. [short chapters]

In a world plunged into chaos by a hellish apocalypse, amidst the hordes of the undead and the ever-present threat of annihilation, Ryujin must survive. She had lost everyone she had ever loved and cared for. Death wasn't an option; no matter how hard she tried. So she had to find something worth living for. Though, she never expected it to be someone. [slow burn... really slow burn... like they went out to find the wood and eventually got some but can't light it up because it's wet.]

A fic where Yeji and Ryujin are college students who have formed an unexpected friendship - despite being the complete opposite of one another. One, a lone island. And the other, someone who's been seeking a home. What will happen if one of them crosses the line? This is my 3rd Ryeji fic.
