Katara is in need of a job to support her older brother and herself as their mother died when she was young and their father is away in the army. When a very popular cafe are hiring, Katara jumps at the chance. The cafe is owned by Iroh, as well as ran by himself and his nephew/charge, Zuko, who moved in with him when he was 15.
