Robin and Regina are finally together. Regina is also pregnant with their child. They go on what will probably be their last family vacation before the baby comes. What will happen?

Emma wakes up in the hospital with no memory of her life in Storybrooke with her family. When she sees Regina, though, she suddenly feels a connection between the two of them and feels like she knows her. But how? Regina takes in Emma until she can figure out how to get her memory back.
