Ha pasado un tiempo desde que six terminó con todas las fuerzas oscuras en "the maw", desde las sanguijuelas más pequeñas hasta "los cocineros gemelos" y "el conserje". Los niños han sido liberados, ahora "the maw" es su hogar, aprendieron a sobrevivir y de vez en cuando van a la ciudad pálida para explorar y encontrar objetos útiles. Pero six no se siente bien.. Ella no lo sabe bien, pero su amigo sigue con vida, lleno de rencor y odio la está buscando... Y encontró la manera de llegar hasta "The maw".
