This story takes place after the Time Team successfully defeats Rittenhouse and prepares to get Lucy's sister, Amy, back from being nonexistent. Lucy goes home and explains everything about time travel and the adventures that she has been on to her mother, who is/was a very smart and famous historian. However, it turns out that her mother is a member of Rittenhouse, just like her father. Both are descendants of founding members. In the meantime, Lucy realizes she has feelings for her partner, Wyatt Logan. But she is not alone with these feelings, because Wyatt feels the same way too. The two are afraid to confess to each other because they feel that they might not be good enough for each other. Lucy fears that she will bring back too many memories to Wyatt, of his deceased wife, Jessica. Will Lucy get her sister back? Will Lucy and Wyatt get together? Or will Rittenhouse ruin it all? I also decided to add an Emma X Flynn ship.. And I have no clue why. Everything is going well, until something arises out of it all. The Red Scare. Many people fear for their lives, even if they aren't guilty of being communist. McCarthyism is introduced and inforced more than ever before, and people's lives are being torn apart. The whole nation is living in fear of global superpowers, while fighting amongst themselves in their own country. The Scare sweeps every corner and crevice of the nation. Kobieta Minsi is a Polish girl in Scranton, Pennsylvania. She lives amongst her family and they dread the fear of getting arrested everyday. Despite not being full-blown communists, they are still to be targeted, and they live everday feeling as if it's their last. Kobieta and her brothers Ivan and Aleksy live with their aunt and uncle on the outskirts of Scranton after their parents perished in Poland; they're all Polish immigrants. They live discriminated against everyone else for who they are. This leads Kobieta to make many unlikely friends in her journey, later destined for love. However, Kobieta's world falls apart shortly after when another person she loves dearly dies. In the midst of the lost and struggling to stay safe from the authorites, something happens. Casey Henry is the new schoolteacher from Philadelphia. She is fresh out of university and stepping in since the town's previous teacher fell too ill to teach. She is excited to travel far for the first time, finally leaving behind a world she'd rather just forget. Both Kobieta and Clara have unforgettable stories. But what happens when tragedy strikes and change comes to Scranton? Will they cross paths? Or will they be too quick to judge? What's their destiny?
